Breakfast...

Afternoon Activities...

1. Visit the Bata Shoe Museum, ROM, CN Tower, Casa Loma Castle, McMichael Canadian Art Collection and/or Art Gallery of Ontario

2. Play Paintball or Lazer Tag

3. Walk around downtown Toronto (Queen St., Yorkville, Chinatown, the Annex)

4. Go Bowling !! (or play billiards)

5. Stroll to Beaches area (boardwalk, etc.) or in High Park

6. Enjoy one of many Toronto festivals that occupy almost EVERY weekend in the summer!

7. Go see strange movies at the Carlton theatre or at the large screen IMAX.

8. Go on a walk on one of Toronto's many nature trails.

9. Drive to Niagara on the lake -- and take the wine tour!

10. See a game (Baseball, Hockey, etc.) at the Air Canada Centre / Sky Dome.

11. Go to the amusement park Paramount Canada.

12. Go to the Science Centre of Ontario.

13. Find interesting shopping stores on Queen St. W., Chinatown and Kensington Market. (Bordered by College and Dundas, Spadina and Bathurst)

14. Have a picnic on Toronto Islands.

15. Visit the Toronto Zoo!

16. Go to the Woodbine Race Track.

17. Take in a play at Stratford (a town a few hours away from Toronto).

18. Anytime of the year, rent an indoor BEACH volleyball court for $50 / hr at Beach Blast (15 Leswyn, near Lawrence West & Caledonia, 416-785-6677).


Afternoon Snacks and/or Drinks...

1. Bubble Tea (If you haven't yet had it, you're in for an adventure!)

2. Korean Walnut Cakes

3. Tim Horton's Capucino Coffee and Sour Cream Glazed Donuts (mmmm!)

4. Extravagant Starbucks or Second Cup Coffees

1. "Theatre" :
  • Watch Toronto's Longest Running Production -- Agatha Christie's The Mousetrap (a who-dunnit adventure), (416) 922-0084.
  • See a play outside in High Park during the summertime.
  • Go to Mysteriously Yours... Mystery Dinner Theatre.
  • Go to Miedeval Times... for a great show and dinner!
  • Yuk Yuk's Comedy Cabaret!
2. Play Games :
  • Roller Skating / Lazer Tag / Cosmic Bowling / Billiards / Cosmic Mini-Golf / etc. at Rinx, (416) 410-RINX.
  • Go to Vinnies Cabaret for all kinds of fun (adult arcade games)!!
3. Listen to some Jazz/Blues/Funk at the Rex, Montreal Bistro, Gate 403, or Comfort Lounge. Winstons is a great place for live Retro/Rock too.

4. In a mood for dancing? My favourite bars are : The Big Easy (Top 40s), Velvet Underground (Top 40s Rock), The Left Bank (Top 40s and some Retro), Phoenix / Joker (All Retro), Comfort Zone (Fridays Funk Fusion), Reservoir Lounge (Amazing Live Swing Music).

5. Karaoke Singing - any time of the night - private rooms!! (Bloor & Christie at Winstons Bar)

6. Take it easy and enjoy a nice coffee or martini in one of these secret digs : The Green Room Coffee House, Souz Dal Martini Bar, Babylon Bar (great comfy couches!), C'est What (Front & Church),...
