Kiosk making breakfast sticky rice “wraps”.

The outside is sticky rice with a fried egg, some lightly pickled greens, a fried dough stick for crunch, some peanut powder and/or pork floss. Not bad but it’s no Chinese Jiang Bing!

Instant noodle soup is pretty big in Taiwan, as I’m sure you can imagine. I bought the fancy version with an actual pouch of gravy & beef chunks!! Woah, they’ve really stepped it up now!

Look close at this take home hot pot set... do you “see” anything a little surprising?

Street dumplings at the Linjiang Night Markets were amazing!

Bitter melon juice anyone?
