Apom sweet pancakes. Super crunchy.

Muah Chee - Glutinous rice dough, chopped in piece and rolled in ground peanuts. Yum!

Popcorn cold-cooked in liquid nitrogen - awesome!

Giving the effect called "Dragon's breath" when eaten.

Banana leaves with prawn and sambal. Pork belly cooked twice with a sticky soy chilli sauce. From TekSen.

Teksen Restaurant - Long lineups but worth the wait.

Easing into my visit to Penang, Malaysia with a delicious jackfruit & gula melaka yoghurt and a toasted bagel. Mmm.
