LUSCIOUS LIQUIDS

Having been a serious liqueur connoisseur (certainly not an alcoholic though!! -- isn't the first sign "denial"?) for quite a few years, I have formulated some delicious classics for your enjoyment. More recently, I have put some focused time into frequenting various lisenced establishments to do what we in the industry call "Competitive Research".

Below, are some of my favourites, I hope you will enjoy them as much as I have!

(HINT: Sometimes it takes a few of them to find out if you really like them)

Should you too have a favourite, please submit your recipe and the drinking committee will review it scrutinously -- it might take a few tries to decide if we like it! -- and will hopefully post it (bribes are welcome!). And, of course, you will get credit for it (not money silly, words of appreciation!!).

Freaky White Russian
My first favourite!

Prepare on the rocks in a snifter glass.
1 part Vodka
1 part Kalua Coffee
1 part Bailey’s Cream
** Also Good as a Shooter**

Asian Sunrise
My all-time fav refresher, will knock you your tastebuds off their socks!

Prepare as a martini (martini glass) or on the rocks (highball glass).
1 part Soho Lychee
1/2 part Passoa Passion Fruit
1/2 part 7up or Sprite
** Also Good as a Shooter**

Nutella Delight
You never thought chocolate could be this smooth!

Prepare as a martini (martini glass).
1 part Vodka
1 part Crème de Cacao
1 part Frangelico Hazelnut
** Also Good as a Shooter**

Bourbon Manhattan
My newest concoction, tastes a little like wood would

Prepare as a martini (martini glass).
1 part Bourbon
1 part Sweet Vermouth
** Gummy Bears Optional **

Amaretto Sour
Now, this one will really screw up your tastebuds!

Prepare on the rocks (in an Old Fashioned glass).
1 part Amaretto Almond
1 part Lime Cordial or SOURZ
** Also Good as a Shooter**
